These Terms and Conditions govern the use of bloomlabcenter.com and purchases made from Bloom Lab. By accessing the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Website Use
The website may be used only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with the website’s operation or use its content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Guest Checkout
Orders are currently placed through guest checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current contact and delivery information.
Product Information
Bloom Lab makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, colours and photographs accurately. Packaging, labels and product appearance may occasionally change, and screen settings or lighting may cause colours to appear slightly different from the physical product.
Customers should always read the physical product label, ingredient list, directions and precautions before use.
Prices
Product prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Customers may pay in US dollars or the equivalent amount in Lebanese pounds. A flat $3 delivery fee applies to every order and will be shown at checkout.
Bloom Lab reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, description or technical errors. If an error affects an order, the customer will be contacted before dispatch.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted. Bloom Lab may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price or description contains a genuine error, the information provided is incomplete, the customer cannot be reached, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
Payment
Payment is available by Cash on Delivery only. Customers may pay the courier in physical cash using US dollars or the communicated equivalent amount in Lebanese pounds.
Delivery
Bloom Lab delivers across Lebanon through Todoor. Delivery normally takes 2-3 working days, Monday through Saturday. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Bloom Lab’s reasonable control. Full details appear in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Order Cancellation
A customer may cancel or modify an order without charge before Todoor collects it from Bloom Lab. Customers should contact Bloom Lab immediately. Once the order has been collected for delivery, cancellation may not be possible, without limiting any mandatory return rights available after delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 10 calendar days from delivery, subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy. Opened, tested or used cosmetic and personal-care products cannot normally be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective or were delivered incorrectly.
Product Use and Safety
Bloom Lab products are intended for cosmetic and personal-care use according to their labels and instructions. Website information is general information and is not medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Customers must review ingredients, follow directions and precautions, perform a patch test when appropriate and stop use if significant irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Individual results may vary depending on factors including skin or hair type, usage, routine and personal sensitivity. Bloom Lab does not guarantee identical results for every customer.

The Bloom Lab name, logo, product names, photographs, graphics, designs and website content are owned by or licensed to Bloom Lab. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Customer Reviews and Content
A customer who submits a review, photograph or other content confirms that it is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. Bloom Lab may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, irrelevant or inappropriate.

The website may use or link to third-party services. Bloom Lab is not responsible for third-party websites, content or practices, which may be governed by separate terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
